Take your 2019-2023 Ford Ranger truck to the next level with a 3.5-inch lift kit with FOX 2.5 Coil-Over shocks from BDS. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increase travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort. This kit includes everything necessary to set your Ford Ranger up right with clearance for up to 33" tires. To ensure proper drivetrain geometry the front differential is repositioned using relocation brackets. These brackets correct CV axle angle while allowing the use of the factory front skid plates. Also supplied for the front end are a pair of performance upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel. Up front the lift kit includes steel top mount strut spacers pre-load spacers differential relocation brackets and tubular upper control arms. In the rear this kit includes heavy duty lift shackles and custom-tuned matching FOX shocks. DSC Adjustment FOX 2.5 coil-overs are available standard with DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment to tune the high-speed and low-speed compression damping allowing for added control on-road with the ability to easily dial in more aggressive damping offroad. Tuning is a simple twist of the two clearly defined knobs with immediate feedback to dial it in for any terrain. HD Upper Control Arms (UCAs) Built for strength performance and increased travel these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.

Notes-

Aftermarket wheels must have a minimum of 93.1mm center hub bore.
Tires larger than 285/70r17 or 285/65r18 cannot be installed on factory wheels due to steering knuckle clearance.
Will NOT work on trucks equipped with cast steel steering knuckles
For 3" - Ford produces two knuckle/control arm configurations In 2020+ Model Rangers. Cast Steel Knuckle Equipped Models Have Different Ball Joints Than Models Equipped With Aluminum Knuckles. Be Sure To Verify Which Factory Knuckle Your Truck Has Before Ordering.

Wearable Parts - Limited Lifetime Warranty BDS NX2 Series Shocks and BDS/Fox Performance Series Shocks: Shock oil seals are not covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty because they are subject to wear over time and use. At BDS's discretion, leaking shock seals less than 2 years from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for repair or replacement under warranty. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust or corrosion. Fox Proprietary Shocks and Coil Overs: Fox Proprietary parts are covered by their warranty and are not included in the BDS Warranty. BDS may offer to assist with the warranty of defective product, at our discretion. Other warranty concerns should be handled through the Fox Service program. Leaking shock seals less than 1 year from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for Warranty. BDS Suspension's obligation under all warranties is limited to the repair or replacement, at BDS's option, of the defective material. BDS will cover the cost of ground shipping on warranty items, and a return shipping label if we require the warranty part to be returned to us. Any cost of removal, installation or reinstallation, expedited freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
