BDS1596FDSC will built to outperform upgrade your 2011-2016 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel powered truck with this 4-inch radius arm lift kit and FOX 2.5 Coil-over conversion from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance performance and capability this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires. Up front the lift kit includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks heavy duty replacement radius arms forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction sway bar relocation and brake line brackets. In the rear this kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block u-bolt flip kit for max ground clearance brake line brackets and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.

FOX 2.5 Coil-Over Conversion
FOX 2.5 coil-overs offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter coil-overs are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain.

HD Radius Arms
In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location and offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights along with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth quiet service-free operation.

Steering Correction
To optimize steering geometry once lifted a forged drop pitman arm is used to minimize the steering angle and pair it with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep them in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

  • Removal of factory block required. Rear add a leaf is required for models equipped with factory 3-7/8" block for the level to tail high stance. Single add-a-leaf kit # 113218 recommended for more level stance - Dual add-a-leaf kit # 113209 recommended for tail high stance. (Add-A-Leafs do not apply to rear leaf spring-equipped systems)
  • If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft a driveshaft alignment kit (#123402) may be required.
  • Although extremely rare front and/or rear driveline vibration may occur.
  • If equipped with a rear sway bar #123009 is required.
  • U-bolts will not work on dually.
  • Wearable Parts - Limited Lifetime Warranty BDS NX2 Series Shocks and BDS/Fox Performance Series Shocks: Shock oil seals are not covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty because they are subject to wear over time and use. At BDS's discretion, leaking shock seals less than 2 years from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for repair or replacement under warranty. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust or corrosion. Fox Proprietary Shocks and Coil Overs: Fox Proprietary parts are covered by their warranty and are not included in the BDS Warranty. BDS may offer to assist with the warranty of defective product, at our discretion. Other warranty concerns should be handled through the Fox Service program. Leaking shock seals less than 1 year from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for Warranty. However, Ball Joints and Tie Rod ends less than 3 years from the date of purchase, that have been properly greased, maintained, and do not show signs of abnormal use can be considered for warranty. BDS Suspension's obligation under all warranties is limited to the repair or replacement, at BDS's option, of the defective material. BDS will cover the cost of ground shipping on warranty items, and a return shipping label if we require the warranty part to be returned to us. Any cost of removal, installation or reinstallation, expedited freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
