BDS1825FDSC will bDS is a game changer in the performance of your 2011-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD truck with a 3-inch suspension lift kit with FOX 2.5 Coil-Over conversion. Designed to improve stance performance and capability this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increased travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort. In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars the upper and lower control arms are upgraded to improve strength travel and accommodate the new coilovers. The new upper control arms are fabricated from large 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing fully TIG welded for the highest quality strength and durability. To compliment the uppers the new lower control arms are built from high strength steel fully boxed with internally gusseted. This kit takes principles on BDS's engineering standard for improved ground clearance strength and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks heavy duty tubular upper control arms fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms and multipiece differential relocation brackets to maintain correct CV angles. These combined with the provided sway bar links supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it. In the rear BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Also for the rear is a u-bolt flip kit for max clearance and precision tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for ultimate off road performance.

FOX 2.5 coil-overs offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter coil-overs are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain.

Built for strength performance and increased travel these control arms are ready to bolt-in. The upper arms use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. The new lower control arms are built from high strength steel fully boxed with internally gusseted. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth quiet operation and superior durability. Wearable Parts - Limited Lifetime Warranty
BDS NX2 Series Shocks and BDS/Fox Performance Series Shocks:
Shock oil seals are not covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty because they are subject to wear over time and use. At BDS's discretion, leaking shock seals less than 2 years from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for repair or replacement under warranty. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust or corrosion.
Fox Proprietary Shocks and Coil Overs:
Fox Proprietary parts are covered by their warranty and are not included in the BDS Warranty. BDS may offer to assist with the warranty of defective product, at our discretion. Other warranty concerns should be handled through the Fox Service program. Ball Joints and Tie Rod Ends:
These items are subject to normal wear over time. However, Ball Joints and Tie Rod ends less than 3 years from the date of purchase, that have been properly greased, maintained, and do not show signs of abnormal use can be considered for warranty.
BDS Suspension's obligation under all warranties is limited to the repair or replacement, at BDS's option, of the defective material. BDS will cover the cost of ground shipping on warranty items, and a return shipping label if we require the warranty part to be returned to us. Any cost of removal, installation or reinstallation, expedited freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
