Approximately 98% of all orders placed Monday-Friday 7am-2pm Arizona time will leave our warehouses the same day (not including weekends & holidays). Even with our huge inventory, we may run out of an item. If this is the case you will receive an email with an expected availability date. 

 

Free Shipping-

Applies only for lower 48 US states. Shipping will be quoted for customers living outside of the lower 48 US states at time of order or after order is placed. You can call or live chat us for a shipping quote as well.  There is and can be restrictions to free shipping based on area and item. Also lift kits traditionally ship within 24-48 hours after order as they are boxed to order and take a little extra time to get out the door. Qualifying items receive Free Shipping on orders over $50! Qualifying orders for Free Shipping are shipped via ground delivery unless an equivalent priced express option is available, we will choose the faster method. Free Shipping is only applicable to the continental United States. When possible we try to offer Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Select products over a certain size or weight may require freight shipping. Freight shipping to commercial addresses with a loading dock are free. Freight shipping to residential addresses may require an additional delivery charge.

Shipment Shortages-

Any shipment shortage must be reported within 5 business days. For any packaging errors, you must provide us with a date/package code that is on the label with the part number. This is needed to facilitate quality assurance in identification of additional problems

Backorders-

Unless otherwise directed, all orders will be entered as ship and back order. Back orders will be shipped as they become available. 

International Orders-

Orders shipped to Canada/International are subject to tariffs, customs duties and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping/handling suspensionsuperstore.com charges do not include any of these fees. The customs fees and/or brokerage fees are usually charged by the company delivering the order.

Our Return Policy:

Once your order is placed and shipped, if you receive a damaged item or we sent an incorrect part, that’s on US.  Please Let us know ASAP and we’ll fix it! 

 

Otherwise, if you either order in error or change your mind post purchase, we are happy to accept your return within the first 30 days of receipt.  We ask only that you cover original outbound shipping cost, the cost to return the unwanted items to us and our costs to openinspect, re-package and re-stock the items and fees we incur when we process your credit card or PayPal payment.  

 

Items Being Returned For Credit (Refund); You are responsible for shipping charges both ways and restocking fee of 20%.   Your credit amount will equal the actual price paid for the items only (less shipping) minus 20%. Items received in less than perfect (new) condition are not eligible for a refund.  Parts that appear to have been installed or partially installed are not eligible for a refund. 

 

Items Being Returned For In Store Credit Or Exchange; You are responsible for shipping charges back to us or the manufacturer directly.   Your in store credit or exchange amount will equal the actual price paid for the items only. Items received in less than perfect (new) condition are not eligible for exchange unless agreed upon before hand in return authorization process.  Parts that appear to have been installed or partially installed are not eligible for a exchange 

 

Return Authorization-

Please contact us in advance in order to obtain a return authorization number.  Packages without return authorization number marked clearly on the package(s) may be refused at our dock and the return authorization number is required to tie your parts back to you!

Why do I pay restocking fees? 

If the mistake was ours, you don’t! If you return for instore credit or exchange, you don't! If you return for credit/refund you are subject to the restocking fee this helps us keep our original prices and costs down when dealing with returned and not defective products. Remember, there are many costs associated with processing orders, so when a you place an order and return the goods, we the seller will have to spend more to handle the return as well as re-package, recondition and re-stock these items. We incur costs to openinspect, re-package and re-stock the items as well as the fees we incur when we process your credit card or PayPal payment & refund.
