I love my new LBD! As my third Rare Dirndl, I love it for its simplicity and versatility. I have a lot of fun switching out the laces and mixing and matching with various aprons to get the perfect look for any occasion! Erika is my go-to any time I need to spice up my collection. Her passion for her craft is really infectious!
From the moment that I ordered this dirndl until I received it, Erika was the most professional. It arrived promptly and was tastefully wrapped, so I knew that great care was taken with my purchase. On the website, the dirndl was absolutely beautiful. However, when I received it and took it out of the box, I marveled at how much more gorgeous it was in person. Erika included such detail in its simplicity. The skirt is made out of a stunning fabric - heavy weight, doesn’t wrinkle, lies nicely with pleats. The bodice is made with a nice weight denim, and she included a fun bodice pocket and contrasting overstitching. The arm holes are outlined with a small sort of piping that gives the bodice a nice finished look. Erika even put thought into the lining - gold cursive writing that works perfectly with the storybook theme of the dirndl. The apron is made out of an elegant fabric and trimmed with 3 pieces of lace giving it a more classy feel. When I purchased it, I knew that I was getting a beautiful dirndl, but what I received was a magnificent piece of art. Every bit of the dirndl was masterfully planned. I could not wait to wear the dirndl after seeing it and wore it to work immediately. I received so many well-deserved compliments.
