BDS1562F will built to Outperform take your Ford Super Duty diesel truck to the next level with this 7-inch radius arm lift kit with FOX 2.5 Coil-over shocks from BDS. Designed to improve stance performance and capability this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 38" tires. Up front the lift kit includes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks heavy-duty replacement radius arms forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction sway bar relocation and brake line brackets. At this height the transfer case needs to be indexed to allow use of the factory front driveshaft so an indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied. In the rear this kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block longer u-bolts brake line brackets and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.

FOX 2.5 coil-overs offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter coil-overs are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain.
HD Radius Arms
In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location and offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights along with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth quiet service-free operation.
T-Case Indexing
At this height driveline adjustments are necessary to allow the use of the factory driveshafts so a precision-built transfer-case indexing ring featuring ARP-studs can clock the transfer case and improve the front driveline operating angle. Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper. If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar add: BDS123808 If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402. Due to the taller factory ride height Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models. Larger tires on the stock wheels are not recommended due to the brake line clearance required. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section. The indexing ring is only compatible with 10-speed transmission trucks. Please verify your truck's equipment before installing it. The transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission. Indexing Ring has NOT been designed to work on manual shift transfer case models. Modification of the shift cable mount will be required. Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs. Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle. (Safety Recall 21S31) Due to the recall procedure BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift. Due to factory ride heights being lower on 2020 and newer model year trucks the net lift you will gain with this kit will be 1" more than advertised. (EX. 4" kit will net 5" of lift)

Wearable Parts - Limited Lifetime Warranty
BDS NX2 Series Shocks and BDS/Fox Performance Series Shocks:
Shock oil seals are not covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty because they are subject to wear over time and use. At BDS's discretion, leaking shock seals less than 2 years from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for repair or replacement under warranty. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust or corrosion.
Fox Proprietary Shocks and Coil Overs:
Fox Proprietary parts are covered by their warranty and are not included in the BDS Warranty. BDS may offer to assist with the warranty of defective product, at our discretion. Other warranty concerns should be handled through the Fox Service program. Ball Joints and Tie Rod Ends:
These items are subject to normal wear over time. However, Ball Joints and Tie Rod ends less than 3 years from the date of purchase, that have been properly greased, maintained, and do not show signs of abnormal use can be considered for warranty.
BDS Suspension's obligation under all warranties is limited to the repair or replacement, at BDS's option, of the defective material. BDS will cover the cost of ground shipping on warranty items, and a return shipping label if we require the warranty part to be returned to us. Any cost of removal, installation or reinstallation, expedited freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
